Play Therapy participants will leave with an understanding of ways to incorporate multiple techniques into their sessions. Plan to bring a Yoga mat or you can borrow one and wear comfortable clothes to move in!
- Participants will learn yoga and mindfulness techniques to aid in their own self-care and self-awareness during and after play therapy sessions.
- Participants will learn specific yoga techniques to use in play therapy sessions with clients.
- Participants will learn how to identify and use yoga techniques in play therapy sessions based on client need (i.e. anxiety, self-regulation).
